They chose Robert Von Hagge Design Associates for the design, after visiting his new course at Les Bordes (Orleans).<\/p>\n<p>The developers required a local team in order to manage both project and construction, being us chosen for this job.<\/p>\n<p>Von Hagge designed a 36 hole course. Our company was hired by the developers in order to carry on with the project and construction management of the new facility.<\/p>\n<p>We took part in the first 18 holes built between 1989 and 1991, a 71 par of 6.160 m length. Well known for his mounding of the course and the use of water, the managing of the construction became a hard work, trying to balance the huge earthworks required to adapt a former rice field and fix shaping to Mr Von Hagge\u001as expectations.
